150d:
Food colour (150d) is a water-soluble caramel-brown food color. It is formed by heating sucrose and has burnt sugar like odour. The color varies from pale yellow to amber to dark brown.

Sodium Metabisulphite – Preservative: Sodium salt of sulphurous acid
322 soya:
Soya lecithin E322. Soya lecithin is a natural emulsifying agent. Such as soap, it has the property to bind water molecules with fat molecules. Above its health benefits (against bad cholesterol), you can add soya lecithin to your liquid preparations to create amazing espumas.
472e Soy:
Halal only if it is obtained from plant fat. If the fat source is from soy fat then it is Halal. If it is from pork fat then it is Haram. If it is from non zabiha beef then it is not Halal. If a claim appeared on food package “Suitable for Vegetarian” containing E-Number 472e the it means the E Number 472e is from soy fat. The food product is Halal if all other ingredients are Halal

Sodium Carbonate/Sodium Bicarbonate/Baking Soda – Mineral Salt: Synthetically prepared. May also be manufactured by the Solvay process or electrolytically from sea water

Ammonium Bicarbonate/Ammonium Hydrogen Carbonate – Mineral Salt: Prepared by passing excess carbon dioxide through concentrated ammonia water
